I just moved all my "stuff" into my new digs. I now have a storefront location on a busy street in a city where most of my work has been coming from. It's not the ideal setup, but it's alot better than what I had. My old shop was actually an office space(10'x10') inside a kitchen cabinet shop. I also had use of the woodshop when it was available. My new place has a room for a showroom/office, a room for painting/weeding/assembly, and a back room for cutting and storage. That means no more sawdust all over my computer and cutter. Vehicles will still need to be done outside or at my "satellite location"(friend's garage).
I still have a lot of "setting up" to do before I actually hang my sign. But the best part is: my rent is the same as the old place. Things are starting to look up for the Spud. Cool........

Big Congrats to you!
A step up without a hike in rent! Very cool!

I wish you tons of luck in your new digs!
I'm also envious of your space!
Wow ... no juggling to keep sawdust out of paint? Whatta concept!
[Smile]

Very happy for you!

Thanks all!!! Like I said, I still have a lot of setting up to do as well as building tables, desks, counters and cabinets all while trying to get work done. I also need to make samples for display. I don't know where to start! I'm sure that many of you have been there. Lots of work, but really exciting. Thanks again. Cool......
