Holy........ !@#!#@ has anybody ever tried to find a simple flag to download from any clipart site on the web. I am looking for a nice american flag to put on a police motorcycle so I figure I'll go on a clipart site and see what I can find.. It takes you in circles with about 20 pop up sites coming on one after the other...........
You cant get anywhere......... does anybody have any better ideas ... I didnt like the flags I have on my art cd;s ......... I almost put my fist throught the screen it was so frustrating............ WHEW............... I feel better

Rich,

This may help with the popups. I love this program..... http://software.xfx.net/utilities/popupkiller/tsguide/index.html

Seems to me, because of the subject matter...it would be better to burn the monitor. [Wink]

Monte- remember that commercial where the kid is trying to download "how to fight" and it takes forever and he gets beat up while it's STILL downloading, so he throws the monitor out his window? Yeah? Thought of that one while reading this post. [Big Grin]

Try Comstock.com they had some free flag images just after 9-11, but come to think of it, they are bitmaps not vector. [Frown] Hmmmm... got Corel Draw? They have some cool flags on their clipart CD.

Shortly after 9-11 Gerber had something posted on their website...but I couldn't find it just now. You might try dropping them a line.

Glenn,

Go to your site listed and read what it says about not being available any longer.

If you find another or it survives let us know.

Thanks,

Debbie

Debbie,

Try it again. I just tried it here at work and it came up fine.

Glenn,

I tried several times but just when I was ready to give up it worked.

Thanks,

Debbie
