Im betting that is not a font but..rather..its a logo.
I never saw it before,except of course..for Winchester.
you may need to find one thats close..and use a program with node edit.
Or draw the new name by using the characteristics of the above logo.
then scan it..
if there is such a font..Id like to have it too.
Hope it shows up!
