Well my beef is that Mark has desided to give up the SOTM project...
So I though about this as a small chalk board to post your griefs on.
Take the picture and rewrite your comments.

I got lots of Deer steaks in the freezer to make jerky.... Love to have anything HOT in chows or pickled works...
