I've got a bunch of pre-made .PLT demo files on my 3.5" floppy. With Win-95 I could restart in DOS mode and copy a file to either my LPT or COM port. Now I have WIN Me and although I can get to the DOS prompt and the DIR command shows that all the files are still there, I cannot copy as before. Is it Me or me? hk

There maybe a backdoor solution. I started with win 3.1 and I am now on windows xp. There is a very little known program by inset software (I do not know if they still exist) Called hijaak pro 3.0. This software was able (I still use it on windows xp once and a while) convert about 60 different file formats to others. Plt was included in the batch. I had in that past converted versacad dxf files to corel draw cdr files and then cut the graphics from there. With an versacad dxf for some reason it would not import in corel draw where as autocad files would. So my last resort is Hi Jaak which has yet to fail me. I just checked and there is a place to buy the on the web hijaak pro How this will cost you some dollars but It will probably do the trick and is a handy program to have
