I have been trying for a long time to purchase some lil chislers but as yet no one will reply to my emails or sell me any including leterville suppliers please help as I only have two left and they are the handiest thing in my shop HeeeeeLp

Hang in there Ian, get some "lil chizlers" for now, then I should have a "new combination" squeegee out.

It will have three work edges, one for applying two for scraping, made of a more durable poly then the lil chizlers(so it won't break as easily)

in a pinch you can hone/sand an egde onto styrene or comparable plastic

1/8th lexan works well. Cut to 2"x6". Shape/sharpen with a wet grinder to make a 2" scraper on one end and a 5/8" scraper on the other, all other edges get rounded for comfort. The lexan works very well, its soft enough not to scratch the paint, yet holds its edge very well.

Its not a question of cost, chislers just seem to be one of them items I always forget to order. I've used commercial ones in the past but the lexan works just as well if not better.

I'm a convert about ½ way through my first gallon of Rapid Tac .. Good Stuff!!

LIL CHISLERS'and I always thought that was just a name for for retirees with their 20 grand a month fixed incomes !
