This meet is going to be structured towards exhibiting our collective skills and diversified techniques. This is for the folks that want to learn all the tips and tricks from the masters (or, master wannabees) . Gonna have some good cookin goin' on with snacks all day!! I want to put on a Low Country Boil for Saturday afternoon and I would like to talk with some of you Louisiana folks on some tips!! (I do have Justin Wilsons cookbook).
