Rick, Yes, I am going to bake a cake. I'm going to have two executive chefs here for the weekend but I'm the baker out of the bunch. DARK, dark chocolate (made with a cup of really strong costa rican coffee) with a fluffy, silky white frosting. Every chef I know who's had it has added it to their repetoire.
Nettie, Thanks for the nice words. You all have made me feel very welcome. Even those of you who have actually met me and you still like me! :-)
