Rick, Yes, I am going to bake a cake. I'm going to have two executive chefs here for the weekend but I'm the baker out of the bunch. DARK, dark chocolate (made with a cup of really strong costa rican coffee) with a fluffy, silky white frosting. Every chef I know who's had it has added it to their repetoire.
