I found a guy that does it locally (Bainbridge Island near Seattle.....how ever it is a hands-on project....I would have to go to his shop and make it myself....he would show me how. Now I would LOVE to go do it...however..I can't get the time off from here to take a class.....plus charging the client for all my time....Oh-well.
Also an update on the Granite Project from a few weeks ago. It is still in my shop...having a tough time keeping the resist on such an irregular surface. I have put 8 coats of stencil filler, letting it dry between coats. The problem is that the resist won't stay down in the small holes and cracks. I pounded the hell out of it with a rubber hammer....works good for a little while...then starts to come loose again...Damn...some projects ya just shouldn't take on...this is turning into an Albatross around my neck....anyway...I think I can take it to the blaster...then before he starts to blast I will pound it with the rubber hammer to set it down in the cracks.
I also thought about a 2 part epoxy to hold the damn thing on there....then I sobered up...Hahahaha So...if you run into this problem...let me know....I am REAL GOOD at pounding rocks!
Sorry to run on and on...but I can see by the latest upset that we all can use a little levity.
