A marina wants me to add graphics and boat numbers to several rentals that are currently being refurbished. How long should I wait after they finish gel coating to apply the vinyl? I don't know if it needs a lengthy curing time or just a week or so. Thanks.

ask the guys who are putting the gel coat on the boats......i think its like 72 hours at most....

Find out for sure that you are dealing with gel coating. For many refurbs cases, gel coating may not be the choice since it should cure unexposed to the air. You may have a urrethane coating over resin to start with.
