That's great. Check this one out...

www.drublair.com

This guys name is Dru Blair. He does super-realism. He's probably forgotten more than I'll ever know about using an airbrush.
This guy is incredible. His depictions of aircraft are unbelieveable.

Well John

I am sitting down with the latest issue of
"Airbrush Art & Action" (December 2001)

This is the best format on work I have seen in a long time.

Dru Blair's work
Andy Penaluna's Erotic Art
Plus much much more.

I drool over ever copy that comes to the stands.
I read and re read over and over to understand their pratice.
If you have this mag..Check out the article of Dru Blairs called "Vanessa"
You will not believe your eyes.

Pretty nice person as well! I've called him on several ocasions for technical help and he also helped me gather information for an article I wrote in Auto Art Magazine about the resperator that he and I use. He's got some great links to some other fantastic artists on his page. He also convinced me to switch from Createx to Golden paints and so far he's been wright, I'm real happy with the results I've been getting. Robin

Hey Stephen,

Is that article "Vanessa" the how-to of the girl in the leather? Looks like a photograph? If that's what your talking about, everyone here should see that. The guy is something else. I was at the mag store and skimmed thru that issue but was a little short on the cash that day. I will have to go in the next couple of days to pick that up (it's payday!).

Later.

Just wanted to take a moment to say "Thank you" to everyone who responded to this topic for the kind words regarding my art - there is no higher praise to be had than that which comes from your peers...

<humble bow>

Thanks!
