We are in need of 50 or so cut-to-shape white aluminum (.030-.060) stars. Not sure if anyone here can handle this or knows where to order some.

You can talk to a cnc owner. If I was going to cut them by hand, and I would probably, I would use 2 mil Dibond, as they cut easier and leave you a much better edge. Jack
