Kelly, the people with pics under their names are paying residents of Letterville. Just a little perk Steve and Barb offered for residents.

Instead of posting several times, if you use the icon with the pencil and paper, you can edit your original post.

Hope this helps!

(I'd comment on your pic but my wife would kill me!)

Whoops! looks like everyone typed faster than me!

There was a post down below about whether people thought it was worth $50, as a commercial shop, I have been frequenting here almost daily since the mid-nineties, and have found the contacts, friends, help and advice invaluable.

That's not to say you have to pay to enjoy those benefits of being around letterville, and there is no pressure to join as a "resident". If you go to Become a resident or somewhere like that on the site you will find out more about the "benefits" that are available.

I am a resident just to try and help ensure the future and as a token of gratitude to Steve and Barb for all their work in keeping this going!

You are most welcome here whatever you want to do, I'm sure.

Hi Kelly. All the info you are looking for is at http://www.letterhead.com/residents/index.html

Hang out with us here in Letterville for awhile. If you feel you are getting some value, and decide you can and want to share in the costs of presenting Letterville, we'd love to hear from you.

As an incentive to chip-in, and to show our appreciation, we offer Residents a few extra perks.

1.Your photo accompanies all your posts and you are recognized as a Resident.

2. Your name goes in the hat for our Monthly Resident Draw. Every month we give away some very cool "door prizes" donated by Letterville Merchants. Over the past few years, Residents have won all sorts of sign goodies including software worth several thousand dollars. A Webermade tape applicator is just one of the items up for grabs this month. As a Resident, you qualify for 12 monthly draws. All for 14 cents a day! Not a bad deal.

3. We'll give you the key to the Town Vault. Inside you'll find some exclusive fonts, clipart and pinstriping templates. We're always on the lookout for more goodies to add to the vault in the future so stay tuned.

Welcome to Letterville Kelly. We hope you learn something here and make some new friends.
