when i lived in penna(southwest of pittsburg) anyone give us a hard time..we would tell em we could make an .80 cent phone call to "youngstown ohio"...a lot of dead bodies used to show up at their airport in the trunks of cars...hahahahahhaahahaha

Naw... good customer. Lacka brains on the painter's part. I fergot! Ya know those jobs ya paint over an over on a fleet deal? I just plain fergot! Ya know when I remembered I fergot?As soon as I painted the next truck and did the lil splashies! I said to my dumb-arse self...Hey I fergot to do this on the last truck! So it would seem...Im only middle age...as I can still remember fergetting....... thats scary.

Brian.. Let me tell ya...I dont know if the customer saw it or not... The point of the whole mail is...I saw it! I know it! And...... It aint QUITE RIGHT!!!!!!!! I wish this post had a whole different title and beginning because this is a basic building block of staying in business..especially THIS business! Can you imagine the can of worms here? Intentions? Attitude?
I made a deal with my client. I did not give it all I could...because Im human..and I made a mistake....not a big deal.. But. I must fix it... The more I think about it...the gladder I am cause I made this post...In fact..Im so tickled...I may bring it up again about 7 or nine times again real soon...this is mighty important!!!!!!

Well im about 20 minutes from Youngstown but im just a "sticky" guy ... sorry i cant help. I would if I could. I could reccomend a fellow named Chuck Kisch in Masury Ohio. Ill try to dig up his phone number if you want. (hmmm now where is my ohio phone book?)
