Nor would AIRBRUSH ACTION get of their duff and attempt to cash it at their local US Postal outlet, which is guaranteed to do so! Instead they return it to me, and request one from another source. That will be the day.
What a glaring example of a basic lack of suscriber/customer service.

The interesting thing is that I can take a personal cheque, given to me by an American and drawn on an American bank, and get it cashed at my bank for real U.S. dollars and nobody bats an eyelash.
Go to your local Mag Rag Store and ask them to supply AA or A+AA Mags for you.
My locals bring them in on the by monthly for me and hold copies...
I will pay for them as I drop in.
They will return all issues but one of each.
They know that over the years
"I WILL PICK UP THE ISSUES"
Good customer relationship with them assures that thier money is in the bank...
I never miss a copy as I am a Die Hard Fan!
My wife went to our local mall to buy a gift certificate at the mall service counter. This certificate would be honored at any store in the mall.
Every store in the mall takes american express (the only card she has). So when the mall services rejected her by saying they only take visa or mastercard or cash for the certificate, she was out of luck.
They don't accept checks either. What a bunch of crap.
You say that it's a waste of time! )OK!)

It may be boring to you! But the more I see the more (I LOVE) in this part of the Industry!
I had a check returned because the business I was trying to do business with said that they wouldn't accept a check from a foreign country.
Funny thing is, I don't live in a foreign country. I live in Albuquerque, NEW MEXICO!! I tried to explain that we are the 47th state in the Union but I guess they failed they're geography classes miserably.
Saddest part is...the business wasn't in Maryland or Maine (no offense Maryland or Maine) or any other state furthest from us, it was in Denver, 444 miles away. Anyway sorry to hear 'bout yer troubles.
