Check with any sign supplier in your area and tell them you are looking for either 3mm PVC or Styrene.

Kenneth, check with Grimco. Their number is (800)542-9941. They may have what you need.

If you check your local Yellow Pages under Plastics you will usually find a couple of outfits that sell all sorts of interesting things of use to the sign guy. I have found that the prices are usually better than from the sign supply companies. I've seen the "WalMart Garage Sale" substrate at the Plastic outfit I deal with. They even chop it up to the size you want. May be worth checking out.

Your looking at HIPS, or high impact polystyrene Ken. Most plastic suppliers can get it for you but you might have to buy a pile of it. It is failry inexpensive though. Naz Dar's 9700 series all purpose inks should preform well for you.
