We'd like to dabble in screenprinting onto baked enamel aluminum blanks (no larger than 24" x 24"). Also 18" x 24" coroplast. I have vendors, but just when things get comfortable, I like to get in over my head and really screw up my day. (Sound familiar?...) Any ideas are appreciated.

coroplast: tip 1, squeegee parallel to flutes. tip 2, learn other substrates first

Trail and Error is pretty rough. Clean up is very time consuming. Let me know if you get any good tips. Does anyone have any plans to build a filter for the solids? So far I have drawn up a screen basket in a perforated container that I put on a perferated platform in another container filled with activated charcoal. Let the water gravity feed dow to a bottom drain.
