I don't post much but try to help when I can. Recently I posted a reply to someone having problems with their Summa cutter with a work around I have used (I didn't know I could adjust the sensors).
When Jim Doggett and Allen (from Summa) read that I was having a differetn problem with my cutter both of them called me that day! Sinced I was out on an installation I returned the call and ended up talking to another great techie and he talked through the fix. I wish I had as good of help with other products as I did with them.
