I'm not positive, but I think that the laser would burn HDU.

It is not recommended to use hot wire or laser cutting on HDU. It will burn and smoke releasing some bad chemicals.

Felix, Perhaps you are speaking of router CNC cutting which will accomplish about anything you would want. I just made a post that had a lot of info posted about it, only a week ago. Bronzeo
