What do you do on a cool day in October? Especially on the Sunday of the Thanksgiving weekend here in Canada.

Why....You invite a bunch of crazy people over to the shop and grind up horseradish and pound sauerkraut!

We have the laptop and webcam set up out in the shop for anyone who is not completely sure about what I am talking about!

Sorry...there is no java chat with this webcam software I use!

Darn it dave, I was gone today and missed it. I like sauerkraut on the all american hot dog too. Although it's better with bratwurst.

Please explain the "pounding". My Dad's mom was from Germany and I remember the crock with the kraut in it. I don't recall any pounding except on my butt if my behavior was less than proper!

Well........There's at least ONE house in Canada that opens the winders in the winter!
PPPPPPpppppppffffffffewwwwwwwww!
Whats the"beer consumption to kraut production ratio?Lets see...one gallon per gallon would be cost effective..any more than that..ya might better buy the kraut.
