For everyone else, I pinched a disk in my lower back last monday picking up something as light as a 15"x10yrd roll of vinyl(must be making it thicker I was in the hospital till Wed. afternoon when I begged the Doc to let me rest at home. I can only sit in a chair a few hours a day and not all at once. Most of the time I have to be flat on my back,only one pillow under my head.

My back is giving me real fits now, more I think than my knee ever did, at least then I could eat some pain pills and limp on with what I had to do. Surgery on my back is not out of the near future so the doc's tell me, I am fighting this tooth and nail as I only know one person who surgery has helped, and alot more who are the same or worse than before.

I will try to get on mIRC for awhile this evening and chat with everyone for a few....
