Dang....I went home and clicked on www.letterville.com and I get the "It works" message from the Apache software stuff. I thought Letterville was down again. I come into work this morning and without thinking click on www.letterhead.com and it turns out that the site had been up all along.
Steve, you need to kick your server's butt.
I went through withdrawl last night for nuttin'.

I got the same message on Tuesday. I was going to www.letterheads.com without fail... then the apache stuff. The search engine for letterville lists www.letterhead.com (no "s") and works just fine. What changed?

I got that Apache crap too yesterday, all day long and last night. Finally I emailed Barb and she sent me the link, the same one I always use on my Favorites, and hers worked but mine didn't. Go figure. My server is owned by my nephew and I called him this morning. Jeez Glenn, you're right about withdrawal!

I have used www.letterhead.com (without the "s") every since I first started visiting here. I believe that is the "official" URL for the site. I don't know how www.letterheads.com would have led to here in the past, and "letterville" is a recent change to only the description of the site, as far as I was aware.
Except for that one day last week everything has been opening and running smoothly for me.

I always used letterheads.com to get here and never had a problem til yesterday..
That's the way I typed the address in a long time ago and that's the address I pick from my browser's history list..
'least now I know I ain't the only insane one..

On Monday the server was shutdown without warning for "emergency service." Almost 10 hours went by before they got us back online. We're still finding and fixing bugs.
The URL you should be using is www.letterhead.com Letterheads.com and Letterville.com are also linked letterhead.com and should work. HOWEVER..features like HeadTV will only work if you use the letterhead.com URL
Someday we will probally change the official URL to letterville.com, but there are no plans for that in the near future. Until then, we recommend you use www.letterhead.com
