I had a special request on a Saturday morning for a reflective pole sign saying, "Slow We Love Our Children, with a red heart instead of the word "Love". The customer has seen them around the state since she travels. I wonder if there is a source that makes them in quantities? Time is a factor, it is rush, due to an incident last night.

I really need to know if someone has seen these signs around and who makes them or if it is a custom thing. A young 15 year old boy was hit by a car last night and didn't make it, and this is to help the woman who lived in that location with her sadness to help others. Thanks

You might want to try Universal or Vulcan signs, who manufacture reflective signage.
When I had my shop, I used to make warning signs using white Avery reflective for the background and non-reflective for the lettering. The reflective is expensive, but I never had trouble selling it, so it was worth keeping the white in stock.

I think you may be looking at something custom made. Have not seen that sign out here, or in any catalog.
If there is a traffic supply house near you, they will most likely sell you traffic blanks - traffic grade aluminum pre-coated with engineering grade reflective vinyl. White is "Legal" and yellow is "Warning", so you want yellow.
Or you can make your own blank as described above.

thanks so much everyone. It is such a special cause. I think I may make a quantity of these if they are needed. It sounds like it may have an impact on communities with the graphic of a heart catching their eye; and bring awareness to some that are not paying attention while they are driving. I realize that some of these kids don't wear bike helmets and have no lights on their bikes at night, and that really burns me up, especially to be riding at night. I don't know if this incident happened in the dark, but I know the trend is not to wear helmets and yet, some of these kids think the street is a playground. Nonetheless, there are a lot of speeding drivers also, in various places, and this will remind some of them to slow down, at least. The reflective is expensive to buy by the rolls so I was just contemplating about buying one now for her immediately if they were available and then maybe making some in quantities for others if they want them. Sounds like a good idea. I made one for a duck crossing in hologram material once, and it worked.

About the same type of subject, we have signs at highway construction sites that read" slow down, my daddy works here". It makes you think about it.

Many thanks for the information and time. The source is correct, but most importantly to me is the fact that you took the time to read and help me. I will probably buy the premade ones and also try to make some in quantity later, so all of this has come in handy.
