We attended the Scottish Games and gathering this weekend here in NO CA, what a great time!

I won tickets after going to the Caledonian club site last month when Steve posted about the local games there in Ontario.

We ate meat pies, drank ale and listened to Celtic Rock!

If you get a chance to hear a band called Seven Nations, GO! These guys ROCK!!

I WISH!!!! But unfortunatly, the kilt I have (my ex's) is a size 28 waist...

BTW...It's for sale should anyone be interested....
(tartan is MacKay ancient blue)

Several people asked him what clan he was affiliated with, he said MacPortuguese! (Jim's Portuguese)

I bought him a broadsword, now he wants to go to Ren Faire! lol

Nothing like a rich heritage!, Huh?
And NOthing feminine about the kilt wearers.
They didn't always wear them! The MacIntoshes go back to the Vikings (our family book shows that. They wore some interesting garb too!
(and then there was Mel Gibson! Oh wasn't he Scottish? hmmmm)
Did you get pix? Come on post Adrienne, they would be a neat "OT".
