For anyone thinking about INKJET profit.....I'm cranking out 2 4X8s a day using ONLY inkjet output (laminated) and getting from $600 to $800 per sign without a hitch! ROLAND gives the FJ a 50-month warranty on the output when laminated. (Hell, if I get 2 years, I'll be happy!) Easy to operate....will work from ANY program....raster or vector....whatever. Turn it on, and go have a beer, then go to the bank!

Bob, did you consider the SolventJet before buying your inkjet? If so, why did you choose the FJ400?

The SOLVENT JET is basically unproven, and costs too much! The FJ is 8-color, and will print TRUE PHOTO QUALITY. For outdoor signs, ROLAND gives you a 50-month durability warranty when you laminate! I've been a ROLAND supporter for years......so.....it's the FJ for me.
