Ya think about it, Joey lost a close friend at home, and his friends at the Bullboard at the same time. We all need people to talk to (dogs are people too, just ask a few). He is dealing with the death without the comfort of the BB friends.

Please put us in for ten!! I've never met or talked to Joey but we are in for the humanity and spirit.
Nothing warms the heart more than everyday people pulling together.
We have a 5.5lb Chahoihoi (can't spell it right so may as well have fun with it (Taco Bell dog} named "Dottie" and she is so loved among the family. I'm 40 years old and the loss of a pet is devistating. But I've learned that the healing process does happen and I always end up with another puppy/dog not to take the place of the other, but to add again to the enjoyment and pleasure of their company.

I really feel for Joey especially on the dog front, having 2 of them here in the workshop all the time (An English Springer spaniel & a Shetland sheepdog). I know what a special place they have in my life, both came from unwanted homes, I have had them several years now, and would be devastated if anything happened to them.....I hope the cash helps you find a new companion, and that you are back on line soon so as we can all enjoy your posts again.

Tell Rosemary to go to petfinder.org they'll have local shelter on tehre with somewhat up to date pets available. I think there's also a link there to get to breed rescues. (groups that rescue a certain breed from shelters or people who get one and it doesn't fit it there family)

We can do that for you Henry. We also want to welcome our new neighbor Bill Preston to Letterville. It's great to see Mark back in town. The band down at Ore's Tavern have sure missed him.

We want to sweeten the pot. There are many of you out there that have not paid your taxes for this year. Renew before the end of August and we'll add $5 from each to the pot. This applies to renewals actually received before the end of August. The best way to pay your taxes is a credit card by phone or fax.
