Jhayes or whoever ya are,...It should be available at most paint stores it's the equivilant of pentrol for latex paint,in fact I think they are made by the same company,... John Hayes is a pretty darn good graphic artist, I would say
He has already been informed of what is customary,required,and appreciated!Seems just being a pretty good artist isn't all he is.

Floetrol for water base and Penetrol for oil base paints are both made by the Flood Corp.
