We are very happy with our Xenetech engraver with the raster braille license. The bed is 9x12 but there is a pull down option for longer signs. The larger machines are nicer in many respects but this is all you need.
Robert I have a lot of information on Braille equipment but it is a work if you can wait a cople of days I will get it to you as soon as I go back to work I have just done all this fact finding as working for a local council with all the new laws we have to install braille signage and signage with a high luminosity differential between colour for those with partial sight

Is the parameters of compliance the same down under as they are here?
