Jimmy, I'm stepping out on a limb here. Ordinarily I would first research it for you and then write, but I'm in a frenzy here with other stuff. I would start with Tekra Corp. 800-248-3572

crack and peel vinyl has a relese liler that you can bend and it will come apart so that you can peel part of it back and apply it like a bumper sticker or screen printed decal and you don't have to use application tape. i will try and bring some to pats meet for those that haven't been around as long as some of us old timers. hehe and i am gonna keep my mail box forever. it has been around for along time. i am running a test on it to see how many times the post office changes my address.

Jimmy, I print crack-n-peel label paper for my own shipping labels and for a few customers labels. I have never actually seen crack n peel vinyl and I have been printing the stuff for 25 years now. Most decals with a split back have been kiss die cut. You'll notice only one slit. Crack and peel has numerous "fault " lines in the backing.
