Anyone know someone that does rapair/refurbish work on Anagraph Excel V plotters? Used to be a guy named Norm on the West Coast that did great work, but I don't know where to find him anymore. Any guidance appreciated. Thanks.

Norm lived in Carmel By the Sea, and travelled to Arizona alot to work. Did they finally move there? Norm was particularly hot with the Gerber plotters. He had replacement parts made to his specs that far outperformed what came out of the factory. Nice guy, hot mechanic!
