Hi Heads,

Just a "heads" up of upcoming articles in the August and September issues of Sign Builder Illustrated. This isn't a "plug"...SBI advertises here for Free Subscriptions. This post is a plug about all the Letterville family that have articles coming out about them and their unique skills.

Troy Hass's "Brush Fire at the Hose House" Letterhead meet will greet you in print.

The Pinhead meet organized by John Hulick: Crusin' For Camp Courageous will dazzel your eyes with lots of "eye candy".

Lee Hulick, John's little brother, has a step by step coming out on paintin', airbrushing, and pinstriping flames!

Steve Barba's "Nose Art" work will be coming out in September. Steve posted a new pic on the portfolio page of a recent job that missed the article deadline.... Great work Steve.

I think we are going to hear from Adrienne Morgan again....this time on murals

Jerry Mathel has a great article out this month showing Joey Madden and his pinstripe art, step by steps! I think he has more tricks up his sleeve, maybe he will tell us.

I have a step by step article coming out on the banners we do for baseball teams ( P.O.N.Y / Little League

Im sure there are more, so post below what other articles you know of that are up and coming with our Letterville Family in them.

Yep, Look for some upcoming articles on building a backlit channel letter sign, hand painting convex letters, paint thinners and additives, and gold leaf tools and materials.

Well I don't have any upcoming articles, but I just wanted to say I really enjoy reading SBI. I got my first issues and it is a great magazine. But then my buddy Cisco writes quite a few articles for SBI, so of course I like it!

I subscribed a few months ago and haven't received the first issue yet.

I hate feeling left out.

Bummer.

Just talked to Jeff Wooten, Editor at SBI, seems there has been a mix up at the printers with mailing lables and that if you have subscribed and not recieved your issue please contact him personally and he will see you get a copy.

I have another article on residential murals in Aug as well as upcoming features on Lettervillians, thier work and lives in future issues. I'm so thrilled to be a part of this magazine,
There are many of you out there that do outstanding and unique work yet very few know much about the person behind it.

I'm sorry if you have not able to reach me via e-mail. I sent you my company and personal e-mail addresses. My personal one has been acting screwwy the last few weeks. I was assured by the Road Runner techie yesterday that they got it fixed. I hate to think what I've missed.

Thanks for your help all!
