I ran this past my boyfriend Dave, and he made these observations.
Credit cards limit liablility to fifty dollars, this is 49.95 WITH shipping. hmmmmm
Also, the order page is not really a secure page.
This is probably a scam.
I'm not gonna bite.

A source called in to our Anti-Piracy Hotline and asked about your inquiry on http://www.letterhead.com/ubb/. Adobe Systems and Macromedia are members of ours and we represent them in their anti-piracy efforts. FOS Direct (or FOS Media, they have multiple names) is definitely operating illegally. I advise you to attempt to cancel your order immediately.
We are currently investigating this piracy case. In the meantime, it would be extremely helpful if you could forward any information/correspondance you have had with the Target. We are collecting as much information as we can and your help is greatly appreciated.
