You can also make em pretty quick yourself, just use heat to bend up some plexi..
Consolidated plastics also has large heavy duty clear plastic envelopes with Zip-Loc tops, designed for labeling shipping containers.. These would work as well.
Or how about some cheap plastic they could write on with permanent marker, hang on the post at the site, then throw away when done or wait for the ink to fade off and re-use it?
I think the local State Park has a clear box with a hinged top secured to each site's post. Just lift the top and drop the card in, drop the top.
