For the life of me I can't figure out how (or why) I managed without it up to now. It works like a charm for mdo, but I am wondering what the best blade would be for Dibond, and what the best blade would be for Lexan? I don't want to spend too much time experimenting as dibond, lexan and blades are all fairly expensive.Mike

The 40 tooth carbide blade that came with the saw went through the dibond like butter, and left a super clean edge to the cut.
I may need a slightly finer blade for the lexan, I managed to break a piece while cutting it, fortunately it was the waste cut-off that broke. I was probably cutting a little to fast. It worked better after I slowed down, however, even while cutting slow the cut edge was a little rougher (surface chips) than I would like, minor sanding took care of it tho'.
