Thing is, it came with digital printed graphics with wreaths and ribbons. Now he's full steam into landscaping, gutted the inside and wants it to reflect landscaping too.
I quoted a 4 figure price to remove and replace the graphic on the sides. He still wants to use the trailer next december, so no go.
I had a wild idea to install aluminum channels top, bottom and sides and install heavy banner material similar to the new tarp style graphics on big rigs with the tension cords.
Removal in 6 months is the goal. reusable if possible without hacking the sides of the trailer away to get a durable hold on the flex sign.
Anyone beat me to the punch on this idea. If so , what did you do? If I'm the guinea pig, I'll post the results/pix, This guy us a risk taker - Just like me. No expectations, or warranty. 5 blocks or 5 minutes, whichever comes first.
Whaddaya Think?, after all, someone did fill tubes with gas, and stick 15,000 volts to it and called it neon.

From here on down, its all up hill.
There is nothing that would prevent you from rigging something yourself. The thing you need to watch out for is wind getting under the front edge of the banner. That banner rolls around in a 60 mile per hour windstorm and has to be rigged accordingly.
I haven't done this, so this is just something to think about - make your frame with 2x4's. Attach it rigidly to the trailer with thru bolts. Make your banner with a mesh stock - available from Creative banner.
Affix the banner to the 3x4's with fender washers and deck screws at intervals of about 6".

I did the landscaping logos directly on the sides of his trailers. Then i did his race team logo on 2 sheets of aluminum proportional to the size to cover up his logos. When he goes to the track, we set up the trailer so he could anchor the aluminum over the landscaping logos using wingnuts.
It worked great, you cant even tell its aluminum unless you get really close to the trailer.
Hope i could help!
