To be able to bring so many like minded people together.....you've just gotta be proud! I have met so many cool Letterheads. Mike Meyer called this morning...sounds like his family might be coming to Seattle? I have met Cisco several times... & Adrienne...and have talked to so many others on the phone. Joey Madden may visit this summer. I even met the famous "lenny author" Mike L. I get fun email from lots of you. It is great to have an online family who really care. Like when the Seattle earthquake hit...there were so many of you that were concerned. And when Glenn had the big flood. Sure our tempers flare once in awhile...but for the most part, there are just great people in Letterville! I have even met Letterheads in my same area that I would never have met had it not been for you. I don't know about you......but I am grinin' from ear to ear! Thanks!

You bet we are smiling Cheryl. Nobody has gotten more out of Letterville than me. Over the past 6 years, Letterville has inspired and enabled us to get out of our self imposed rut and meet many of you in person.

Letterville gave me a new reason to get up every morning. I'm sure most of you know I have had 4 heart attacks. As a result, most of my heart muscle has been destroyed. Recent tests indicate it pumps only 15% of what a normal heart does. It really limits a person's ability to do many things.

Letterville is much more than a business to Barb and I. Thanks to Letterville and your constant support, I once again feel like a valuable and useful human being. It's been a real surprise and joy to see how big it has become.

There are days when we get frustrated. It hurts to see conflicts develop between us. Sometimes it is so easy to get caught up with what is wrong here in Letterville instead of all the good stuff that has happened over the years.

Thanks for your post Cheryl. You sure made our day.

Well you had it coming Steve! If I were the one that started this website, and watched it take off as it has....I sure would be mighty proud. Even before I met you and Barb in person, I had a hunch you were special. When we met, I found out.

Cheryl is absolutely right! This is a Letterhead site that does one justice. I know that for a fact. I won't go into big details, but I can honestly say I did get to meet the Mayor and his wife Barb. Both of you are a great team, and have created a home for many...I tilt my hat to both of you, Cisco
wish I could post my pic of our meet but somehow all I get is a box with an X.

I am familiar with plenty of bulletin boards and community sites on the internet and NONE off them come close to what is here in Letterville. Some of the credit is due to the active members of this community and the nature of sharing, but it would all have been impossible if it weren't for the diligence, the effort, and the creativity of our founders, the Shortreed's. Many thanks to both of you, Steve and Barb!
