But I am very curious on how alot of you warrant your work. Right now, I'm developing my approach, and I have to admith that I am stumped.
Do you just pick an arbitrary number of years? Do you warrantee for the duration of the vinyl manufacturer's claimed durability? Or do you even warrantee at all?
I'm confused........and listening,
Thanks,
Shane

I use oil based enamels and my windows have endured hail, deer, bullets and trucks. I have yet redo one for free. Even the Taco Bell window that was shot out in a robbery with me standing out front with my camera taking pictures of the two masked bandits, fleeing was not warranteed for free, despite the fact that three people were killed and I photographed the bandits driving away which nailed them. They killed the manager and I had to play hell getting someone else to sign off on the job at the time. What is the world coming to?
I find if you give people what they want, they are smart enough to never take advantage of you, if you are always fair and give them top notch quality when they buy in the first place....another reason I do virtually no work in vinyl. It just ain't as bulletproof!
