After designing a print in Photo Shop & taking it to the Edge, when printed, there is a box printed around the image with one or more of the various colors. How do you get rid of the color around the image?

Unfortunately, you will have to use the crop tool in Omega. There is no other way. I've called Gerber and their response was that it takes the whole file in as one image. Regardless of extra fill in the background. The only other workaround would be to invest in a WACOM Tablet and manually draw the vector line around the image.

Does it make any difference whether the image is saved on a transparent background versus a white one?
