ONE 8"h x 11"w magnetic sign that reads "FOR SALE" in orange with a black outline. Looks like this.

Customer wantsd the blank area on the bottom to put a phone number on later.
To make a long story short, what would you have charged for 1 of these magnetics?
I charged $33.00 for one today and I have a $65/hr shop rate.

Glenn, what is that word under expenses mean?
I was doing some work for an electrical contractor, and saw a price breakdown on a job he did. It had a dollar figure for labor, materials, mark up(?), and that other word.
What's that all about?

Hi Brian,

Yep, I found it this morning.

David,

Its the strangest thing. I never heard of the word "Profit" around here until recently. From what I hear, its something you're suppose to make when ya make a sign. Anyone else hear of such a thing?

By golly, I always thought a profit was a soothsayer! Now you're telling me it has something to do with money? Oh, and always be wary of false profits (like when you spend half the day stripping 8 year old vinyl off of a '79 Dodge Ram for $60.00 and lose sensation in your finger tips.....
