Roger,

I received a sample kit of your products about two weeks ago. When it arrived two of the bottles were broken and empty. The top part of the bottles actually broke off. They looked like they were cut intentionally they were so straight.

I was just wondering if you could pull any strings to get me some sample of the ones that broke. Thanks!

That's one of the reasons I dont ship UPS anymore.. that and the fact that they cant get any packages anywhere on time.

The post office isnt much better, so now I use FedEx.

When you send it 3 day ground, it gets there in 3 days.. not 4.. or 5 like UPS or USPS.

Now FedEx has a 4 or 5 day service too. Guess what? I've found it to be cheaper than UPS, but it still gets there.

I started losing faith in UPS when their employees started showing up at my door at 9pm in plain clothes, saying "Sorry, I must have missed this one during my route."

. I have always had good service and friendly well-dressed, courteous personell with UPS.
Only twice in 12 years they made a mistake with me. I must be fortunate!
I really love the rapid tac for my signs along with the rapid remover for removing vinyl.
The rapid tac came well packaged and the product is really great; cleans and adheres very well. It even took care of the bathroom floor, taking the glue off instantly from the tile! Hooray, like it when I find something that is universally good for several projects.
