Hey folks.

There is a great walldog meet coming up in Cornwall, Ontario on june 8/9/10. I suspect some of you folks might be going.

What I am looking for is a few brave folks to volunteer to help me out on the mural I am leading.

It is my understanding that folks attending will help out on the murals as they see fit. While this should get the job done, Nancy suggested that each of the team leaders round up a small dedicated crew to concentrate on their mural to make sure they get done within the time alotted.

I promise to be good to my dedicated crew and will allow lots of time for visiting and even time to work on other murals.

My mural is fairly simple but has some interesting elements that will use a variety of skills. It should be a good time with the end result being something we can be proud of.

So... any volunteers from the folks who are going???

If a few folks are interested I will email a pic of the design to you if you like.

Dan, it would be an honour to help you out. Arrive Ottawa Wed aft, so will try to get to Sign-It for open house Wed night. Gee, maybe I should try to talk Mike O'Connor from here to come - he's done murals all over too. Would love to see design! See you soon.

Thanks for offering to join the team. It is going to be a fun meet. Adrianne is going to come now too and has offered to help out as well. I'm sure she has lots of hints and tricks to teach us as well.

I havent seen Mike's work but I' sure he would be a great addition to the team.

There are many other real talented folks going to be at the meet too. A great opportunity for all of us to learn lots and also have lots of fun!

Anyone else out there going??? The more the merrier!

For those folks coming from the states, the low Canadian dollar makes this one very affordable! Nancy and her crew are doing a fabulous job of organizing the meet and the facility is second to none.
