You probably have a corrupted file. This is what I would do....
1) Run ScanDisk to check for any HD errors.
2) Run Defrag to straighten up the HD.
3) ReBoot the computer.
4) Re-install SignLab.
If all else fails, blame Gerber Omega.

Seriously though, sounds like something in the program is screwy or your machine just needs a reboot.
Reboot and see if it clears up. If not, reinstall the software.
