I have made them from magnetic sheet before, for spraying on truck doors (for a customer,not me) but this man's trailer is aluminum. I would rather put vinyl on it but he's obviously trying to save money and do it himself. I could make him a pounce pattern, couldn't I? That might be interesting. I told him that on most typestyles, the centers of his O's A's and such would be missing. He said that would be OK as long as you could still tell what the letter was........
Anyway, I showed him that "Stencil Bold" font would work.
I'd still rather do it in vinyl.
Why can't folks realize that you don't spend money to buy a sign. You buy a sign to MAKE money.
My signs make me money! Shheesh
