i love to talk about signs and design but i would much rather see!

also if you were at a meet and looking at all the portfolios on the table, would you critic the person's portfolio if you were sitting next to them?
would you be "brutal" or would you be constructive?

Mark; You might be mistaken to think that EVERYONE takes photos of their work.Possible not EVERYONE has a scanner or Digital Camera.Or possibly that,critizism is a form of being put down to some folk.
My portfolio is used as a selling tool for my customers to view while at my shop,and a reference tool for me to see if I am improving on my designs,or stuck in the same standard style.
Thats my story and I am sticking to it

Hi Mark. I love looking at signs too. I think it is amazing how there are so many different designs, styles and opinions. It's great fun. Sometimes I absolutely love a design....when othertimes I don't like the style at all. I thought that contest we had awhile back was great fun. At that time I didn't know how to post a pic. I will enter the next one tho. None of us should be afraid we aren't good enough. It is all a matter of taste. By the way Mark.....you have a great style!
As far as being at a meet and busting loose with a brutally honest opinion...I don't think I would do that unless I was asked to give my honest opinion...or if something looked uncentered I might mention it. (that simply drives me nuts.)
