I have just experienced my first letterhead meet and can say that this event was super!...as a sign maker, without the talents to do airbrush...pinstripe...and alot of other things I saw today, I can easily say that the brain was sizzlin after leavin!

I do thank the most gracious hosts at Fred's and extend a sincere thank you for the hospitality!

If any of them (other meets) can compare, it is no wonder that this movement is becoming stronger!

Hi Robert,

I wish I could have made it. Life gets in the way sometimes. But the good news is, there will be plenty more meets and Letterheads to meet!

Amen Brother, This was my second time at Freds meet, and I learned enough the first day from Joey Hudson to Pay for the whole trip, ( including tips and taxes ) . The whole bunch worked real hard to produce some of the Finest works of art I have ever seen anywhere. Cars , Motor cycles , panels, mirors, etched glass, glue chipped , trucks, shoes, and other articles of clothing , a P.T. crusier , helmets, gas tanks, tile , wood blanks , anything that could be Blasted , Brushed, or Dabed , was turned into something wonderfull . Thanks Fred , Marilyn , and Skip for your hospitality .

See you Soon Ron Myers ( Capt. )

Robert, did I meet you?

I know there was a "slew" of people, but I always try to shake hands with everybody!

Well, I'm glad you made it! If I do not remember meeting you, my bad, sorry! Fred's meets are what the "Letterhead" movement is all about (IMHO). If there is only one meet you can make, this should be the one!

With almost 100 "sign folks" at this meet, it still amazes me there were no fights, attitudes, or nasty crud going on! Just sharing, teaching, and friendship! I'm proud to be a 3year veteran of this meet.Fred, Marilyn, & Skip, are the best hosts, BAR NONE!

BTW, I took about 20 pics of the panels and/or projects! Is anyone interested?

I've learned that you shouldn't compare yourself to others - they are
more screwed up than you think.
