If I send a job to print and cut and it has 3 panels and the first panel to cut is not the largest (in height), the target is not centered on the Envision, and it doesn't cut correctly. The target is centered with the height of the first panel, not the plotter.
I see a command that "centers" the panels, but I waste material if one of the panels is less than 5" high and it is a multiple cut, since it won't "stack" the panel if "center on vinyl" is selected.
What am I missing?

Thanks,

DD

Do you have "Center Target" checked in the Print Order box (123)?

Try Diane's suggestion and make sure you only have one vinyl color in your job. Also, preview )F8) the job, check for overprints, overlaps, cuts on or cuts off etc. Is the Envision a 15" plotter? Is your GSPSetup set for the Envision? GA is pretty bullet-proof so I would assume, if it were me, that the problem is on my end and not the program's. If all this doesn't work, start a "dummy job" that is 35" high, make it simple and see if it still does the same thing....
