I have a block of rooms reserved at this rate
and you need to ask for the "Letterhead Meet" rate when you book your room.

I have the registration forms made up for the meet,just e-mail or call me and give me your address and I will mail you one. I might be able to e-mail it to you so you can print it out if you want.

Hopefully it will be a good time for all, I have already gotten a good resonce from the letterhead following, so join in!!!!

As for suppliers for door prises, try some of the magazines. Most of them sent something for the Migration.
