Has anyone bought vinyl on EBay? I noticed that one seller had quite a bit for sale. I was wondering what brand it was and if its REALLY, REALLY old or does this person buy new, sell, and make money.

It's old and/or poor quality. Like everything else I've seen on there for the sign trade, it's aimed at the newbies and the uninformed. The prices I've seen that stuff going for are more than you can buy them from someone reputable. Ebay's a good place to unload sign supplies and equipment, but not a good place to buy it. Avoid.
