I didn't even know the boss wanted a full color brochure (in the past it's just been capability sheets)then the "designer" from the printer comes in with one of the most god awful layouts ever (full color meaning red text and green text on white)
so I took over the project and now could use some fine tuning type critique
if you don't mind taking a look and throwing an opinion

Your Boss must be pretty old, since he has been in business since 1896! wow!
hahahahhaahha
That brochure looks better than mine...I guess I have "brochure envy" now!

It's a nice layout, clean and professional. Just about so upscale it looks like an expensive outfit to purchase from, much like a graphic design studio, rather than a signshop.
I don't have alot of time at the moment to thoroughly look through the brochure, but what struck me odd each time I turned a page in the brochure is where it says, Service is the reason why Pierrepont visual graphics. To me it reads like one sentence the way it's situated, which isn't grammically (sp?) correct.
One more thing. Is the last page finished? It appears still in the works with the large white space to the lower left, and lots of stuff on the right.
I know from your previous posts you'd rather hear critiques rather than JUST raves on how we love your work! So allow me to be the first to 'help' you out! hahaha.
Nice work, very professional touch.

No it's not finished yet ... it's that left side that you first see after opening the first fold that has me stumped (what to say to create impact before it's opened to the pictures)... so in other words I should have put a yadayada after that "service" semi-sentence for now
I'm thinking of putting a picture of our new 60" plotter with vinyl hanging of with the web address weeded out in that empty space ... or maybe I just need some empty space?
If it looks upscale and expensive ... good ... weed out the tire kickers from the get-go haha.
We do our share of small business work but this is to target a larger corporate market (who's feeding us now)
Next question ... what do you think I should charge them, yeah I work there but am doing all this at home, if it helps double sales I'm still eating mac-n-cheese and they're still driving BMW's ... at least until the buyout's complete and I can start buying in
