Pressure pot system or suction gun?
What material will you blast with?
What substrate do you make your signs from?

If you're using the suction type gun and doing the occasional piece of glass or small sign you don't need anything more than a dustpan to shovel the media out of your box.

Now if you're trying to say you don't want ANY dust to escape from this enclosure you're going to need something much more powerful. A dust collection setup like a woodworker would use is the next step. They've got a powerful suction fan that blow dust into filter bags.

These are vague answers for a setup I haven't seen. If the health of a little one is in the balance find a professional to come there and advise you or sub it out!
